Baltic Countries record highest growth rate in Europe. In a recent report by Nordea Bank, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and Russia are among the fastest growing economies in the world. Baltic economies are currently expanding even faster than during the previous boom year 1997.



Bank of Finland reports that the Russian economy is forecast to grow at a GDP rate well above 5% for at least the next 3 years with retail and construction leading the way. Higher projected energy prices will contribute greatly to the economy's health and stability.
